Account and data deletion

Beatlog users can request account deletion from the app. A confirmation email is sent before the account is removed.

How to request deletion

  1. Open Beatlog and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Go to Account and choose Send deletion email.
  3. Open the confirmation email and follow the deletion link to complete the request.

What is deleted

Account data and tracked Beatlog activity associated with the account are deleted after confirmation, except where limited retention is required by law, security, fraud prevention, or enforcement of our rights.

Retention

Some records may be retained for the period necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, or exercise rights under applicable law.
